Nike Roziani Ciotti
My name is Nike Roziani Ciotti, and I am proud to be the Centre Coordinator.
With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I have worked in a range of roles—from Trainee and Educator to Lead Educator, Assistant Centre Director, and Centre Director. These experiences have shaped my leadership style to be supportive, collaborative, and hands-on.
I strongly believe that positive relationships, teamwork, and reflective practice are key to providing high-quality education and care. I am passionate about supporting and mentoring educators, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and creating a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
I hold a Diploma of Children’s Services and a Certificate in Business, which allows me to balance educational best practice with strong centre operations. I look forward to working in partnership with families and educators to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where every child feels valued and supported
Jenielyn Ramos
Children need to feel and be in an environment where their physical and emotional well-being are nurtured. As I embark in the curriculum role with Bambini Sunbury, I want to provide an environment for children where there is room for developing their skills in social interaction, learning languages, numeracy, technology, creativity, science and technology and many more that will support their growth as learning human beings. Most importantly, I believe that my role as the adult in an early childhood setting is preparing an environment that will enable them to develop their capabilities in practical life where they prepare their own self for their future life, bringing values such as grace, courtesy and responsibility.
I truly believe that every child is different in their own ways and respect is one of the strongest influences I want the children and me to offer to each other. We will learn its concept through learning to care for our own self, our friends and families. We will also practice understanding and recognizing different cultures and traditions that are surrounding us as people. I also trust that respecting any form of living things such as animals, insects, plants and trees is highly important for even younger children to practice.
The children’s expectations for their learning should be met with the highest quality of teaching standards. So I believe that when their learning and development are nurtured and promoted in the early childhood setting, the children will bring everything they learn from here to anywhere they go.
As an early childhood teacher, I am convinced that I need to continuously learn and explore with the children to be able to support them in understanding their purpose as individuals instead of teaching them what I already know as an adult: to guide the children and help them grow in the growing real world.
As a curriculum coordinator, I am committed to working collaboratively with educators, families, and the wider community to ensure that the curriculum reflects children’s interests, strengths, and developmental needs. I believe that a strong curriculum is intentional, reflective, inclusive, and responsive, and that it should be grounded in play-based learning, meaningful experiences, and respectful relationships. Through thoughtful planning, observation, and reflection, I aim to support educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and promote children’s sense of belonging, being, and becoming.
